In 2013, a gap in CPR training was observed.
Even after completing training, many people struggled to recall the importance of chest compressions in circulating blood during a real emergency.
This raised a question: How can CPR training help people clearly understand and remember that chest compressions are what deliver blood to the brain?
That question led to the founding of Innosonian.
With a background in the medical device field, the founder developed the concept of a manikin that visually represents blood circulation during CPR training, enabling learners to intuitively understand and remember that chest compressions deliver blood to the brain. An early team was formed to support this vision.
This led to the creation of BRAYDEN, the world’s first CPR manikin to visually indicate blood flow.
BRAYDEN provides real-time visual feedback on CPR performance, including compression depth and rate, by showing how effectively blood is circulated from the heart to the brain. This helps learners better understand proper CPR technique and improves training outcomes. Recognized for both its technology and training effectiveness, Innosonian quickly expanded beyond Korea, establishing operations in the United Kingdom and the United States to serve the global market.
Today, Innosonian is expanding beyond CPR manikins, supporting the entire training process with the VivusCardio AED Trainer, while the VivusCardio Connect platform enables data-driven training and performance management.
