Innosonian Inc. (“the Company”) complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
• Providing information such as newsletters and notices (opt-out available)
• Service operation and security, including prevention of unauthorized use and error handling
• Analysis of usage statistics and service improvement (e.g., Google Analytics 4)

The Company may process the following categories of personal information in the course of providing its services:

  • Inquiries / Customer Support: Region, name, email address, company name, (optional) phone number, (optional) affiliation/title, and inquiry details

• (3) Newsletter
  • Email address, subscription preferences, and delivery history

* The Company does not offer account registration services and does not collect payment information.

The Company deletes personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. However, where retention is required by applicable laws and regulations, personal information will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws.

• Inquiry / Customer Support Records: Retained for 1 year
• Newsletter Subscription Information: Deleted upon unsubscription or within a maximum of 60 days

The Company does not, in principle, provide users’ personal information to third parties.
However, personal information may be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations where there is a legal basis or upon request by investigative authorities.

The Company may entrust the processing of personal information to third parties as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of its services.

The Company may transfer personal information outside the country in the course of providing its services, including for storage and entrusted processing. Where such cross-border transfers occur, the Company will disclose the information required by applicable laws through this Privacy Policy, including the recipient, country of transfer, categories of personal information transferred, purpose of transfer, method and timing of transfer, retention period, how to refuse the transfer, and any consequences of refusal.

Users may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 9, 2026. The Company will notify users of any additions, deletions, or modifications to this policy through website notices or other appropriate means.

For users residing in the EU/UK or otherwise subject to the GDPR, the Company processes personal information in accordance with the following:

Rights under the GDPR:
